Are you a regular golfer and looking for more value? 

The Regency Park Community Golf Course is pleased to offer its regular golfers with a range of great value Season Passes payable monthly via direct debit. Our Season Passes provide options for golfers to access the golf course 7 or 5 days a week with special rates for Seniors and Concession card holders as well as for Regency Park Golf Club Members. To validate your category you will be asked to provide a valid Seniors, Concession or Membership Card.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Is it mandatory to go on monthly direct debit for all season passes?

    Yes

    Who has access to my personal information?

    All financial information of our customers are held by
    Ezypay within their PCI DSS Cloud platform

    Can I change the arrangements that I have signed up to? For example, I would like to upgrade to 7 Day playing rights?

    Yes. Upgrades to your season pass can be made at
    anytime in writing. Downgrades, suspensions or cancellations
    require 14 days’ notice in writing and subject to approval.

    Once I sign up, do I need to do anything else?

    If you have selected a Seniors, Concession, Junior or Member Rate, you must verify this rate with a current card to GreenSpace Management in order to activate timesheet access. All Season Pass holders will receive a welcome email that details these requirements. We will continue your direct debit until you notify us in writing to suspend or cancel.

    My bank or credit card details have changed, who do I contact?

    For all bank account or credit card detail changes you must contact Ezypay Customer Service directly via; 1300 300 553 or help@ezypay.com

    Do I get reminders about my upcoming direct debit?

    Yes, you will receive a text message 3 days prior to your direct debit. It is very important that your financial information is up to date each month. If you have insufficient funds, you will be charged $14.90 + GST per failed attempt.

    Who do I contact if I believe that there isn’t something quite right with my direct debit transaction?

    If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us directly on email info@regencyparkgolf.com.au or in writing to;

    Regency Park Community Golf Course, Days Road 
    Regency Park SA 5010

    and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible
    so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can contact your financial institution for
    assistance.

    Can employees help me with setting up my direct debit?

    Unfortunately not, GreenSpace employees must remain at arm’s length of all financial information. We recommend that you have a family member or friend assist you if you
    require assistance. Alternatively, you can contact Ezypay who are happy to assist via; 1300 300 553 or

    Can I pay my fees in full for the year?

    Our Facility Manager at his discretion may allow upfront payments in full on a Pro-rata basis until 30 June 2022.

    What if I am unable to play golf for a period of time because of a medical issue or extended holiday break?

    All changes to your season pass direct debit must be
    provided in writing at least 14 days’ prior to the event. You
    may suspend or cancel your direct debit after three months
    continuous direct debit payments have been processed.
